Yoga-Programs
All practices are taught in a way that enables you to continue practicing on your own after completing the scheduled sessions. If you still have any doubts after the final session, we will support you and clarify them to ensure you are doing the practices correctly.
All classes are offered in both German and English. If nothing currently scheduled speaks to you, feel free to reach out to me directly, and we will explore together what might be possible in addition to the planned classes.
