Accessible Yoga

All yoga programs are also available for people with visual impairments or blindness.

Through clear verbal guidance and individualized support, each practice is made safe, accessible, and mindful, allowing participants to fully experience yoga through their own body awareness rather than visual demonstration.

For more information about the benefits of each practice, course details, requirements, and the time needed for home practice, please visit the individual course pages or feel free to get in touch—I’d be happy to answer your questions.

Being able to learn Surya Kriya in just four days was not only an intensive experience but, above all, a deeply revitalizing one. Together with Anca, I felt as though I awakened the sun within myself, and for that I am profoundly grateful.

I have immense respect for the dedication and focus with which Anca guided sessions lasting up to three hours. Her calm presence creates a space where ancient yogic wisdom is shared in a way that is remarkably clear, accessible, and authentic. The flexibility of choosing the time and location of the course alone would justify a fee well above the €250 charged for the entire program. It would be difficult to imagine a more convenient and genuine way to bring thousands of years of yogic wisdom into your home—or, as in my case, into the beautifully prepared space Anca created.

The care and attention she devoted to preparing the practice space reflected the deep respect and commitment she brings to her teaching. Anca is an incredibly attentive and compassionate person. In her presence, I felt safe, supported, and truly seen—both physically and mentally. She explains even demanding concepts with ease and patiently guides every movement until it becomes clear.

One gesture that touched me deeply was that she provided the course handout in Braille especially for me. This was far more than an act of thoughtfulness; it reflected genuine care, inclusion, and a heartfelt commitment to making yoga accessible to everyone.

Throughout the course, I always felt there was time and space for my questions. I felt treated as an equal because Anca teaches with sincerity and humility, openly acknowledging when something is still part of her own exploration. This authenticity and modesty make her, in my eyes, not only someone who shares knowledge, but someone who truly embodies it.

Anca preserves the precision required to faithfully transmit Sadhguru's teachings while never losing the warmth, openness, and lightness that make genuine learning possible.
