Angamardana is a system rooted in yoga that gives everyone the opportunity to strengthen their body and reach the peak of physical and mental health. "Angamardana means complete control of the limbs, organs, and other parts of the body. These exercises revitalize the body in every respect, including the muscles, circulatory system, bone structure, nervous system, and the basic energy system. It strengthens the spine, brings strength, fitness, and a strong will, and takes years off the body. Angamardana was developed by Sadhguru and requires no exercise equipment. It works exclusively with the body, and the exercises can be performed anywhere on the floor, even on the go. Some of the beneficial effects: - Strengthens the spine, bones, and muscles - Brings strength, fitness, and a strong will - Rejuvenates the body by years and leads to a feeling of lightness and freedom - Prepares the body for Hatha Yoga


Cancellation Policy

- Free cancellation: You can cancel free of charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled start of the program. This can be done directly via the website or by email. - Cancellation with 50% fee: Cancellations made between 48 and 24 hours before the start of the program will incur a fee of 50% of the program price. - Cancellation with 100% fee: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the start of the program will incur a full program fee. This also applies if you do not show up for the program. - BlissSeek cancellation: If BlissSeek cancels an appointment less than 48 hours before the start of the program, you will be offered an alternative appointment free of charge, subject to availability. - Rebooking: If the appointment no longer suits you at short notice and you would like to reschedule for another date, this is easily possible as long as there is space available.
