Surya Kriya activates the system to increase samat prana, or solar heat, within the system. Furthermore, it creates a balance between a person's left and right energy channels, resulting in a stable body and a calm mind. This strong foundation forms the basis for exploring higher dimensions of life. Previously available only to select groups of yogis, Surya Kriya is offered by Sadhguru as a holistic spiritual process ideally suited to today's hectic world. Cancellation Policy
- Free cancellation: You can cancel free of charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled start of the program. This can be done directly via the website or by email. - Cancellation with 50% fee: Cancellations made between 48 and 24 hours before the start of the program will incur a fee of 50% of the program price. - Cancellation with 100% fee: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the start of the program will incur a full program fee. This also applies if you do not show up for the program. - BlissSeek cancellation: If BlissSeek cancels an appointment less than 48 hours before the start of the program, you will be offered an alternative appointment free of charge, subject to availability. - Rebooking: If the appointment no longer suits you at short notice and you would like to reschedule for another date, this is easily possible as long as there is space available.
